Shipping policy

Welcome to IDNTYCLOTHINGDEPT! We’re excited to share our apparel with you and want to ensure your shopping experience is seamless. Below you’ll find all the details about our shipping process.

PROCESSING TIMES

  • Order Processing: Please allow 3 - 5 business days for us to process your order before it is shipped.
  • Custom or Bulk Orders: May require additional processing time. We’ll keep you updated if that’s the case!

SHIPPING OPTIONS AND DELIVERY TIMES

Typically, orders will ship out within 7-10 business days of ordering.

For International shipping please allow 7-21 business days.

Orders placed on the weekend and holidays are processed on the next business day. We do not process orders on Sundays. 

IDNTYCLOTHINGDEPT will not be held responsible for any shipping address discrepancies including lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments.

It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address information. If the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase we are not able to make any changes once an item is shipped.

If your package comes back “return to sender” we will reship the item to an updated address. However, the customer is responsible for shipping their invoice to our address for the second delivery attempt.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other factors beyond our control. Shipping election (first class, priority, etc.) does not start until after our processing time

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method selected and your location.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We currently ship to select international locations. Delivery times and shipping fees will vary depending on the destination. The recipient is responsible for any customs fees or import taxes.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use this to follow your package’s journey to your doorstep! You can expect to receive tracking information via email within 7-14 business days of shipment for orders within the United States of America.

LOST, DAMAGED, OR DELAYED PACKAGES 

Once your order has been dispatched, IDNTYCLOTHINGDEPT accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to your package. If there are any delays or concerns with your package once posted (including the case of your package not arriving) IDNTYCLOTHINGDEPT is not liable once it is with the postal service. In this instance, please contact your local postal service with the tracking number that was provided when the package was sent. Unfortunately, we are not able to give any refunds or resend orders in these circumstances.
